Safflicks Sapphic Film Festival
The Arzner LGBTQ+ Cinema, London, UK
Taking place throughout October, Safflicks Sapphic festival is carefully curated around the stories they tell and the audiences they bring together. Rather than screening films in traditional cinema settings alone, they partner with organisations, community groups, businesses, cultural venues and educational institutions to match each film with audiences who will connect most deeply with its themes. Whether exploring family, science, faith, identity or history, every screening is designed to spark meaningful discussion beyond the closing credits.
This screening of Second Nature is raising funds to sponsor free mental health screenings for queer youth in districts where LGBTQ+ curriculum is banned. £5 from every ticket sold will go to the impact campaign.

Homo For The Holidays with @transanta
Add some queer to your holiday cheer with Second Nature and Transanta!
This flagship holiday home screening features an interactive Q&A with Elliot Page and special guests.
We’re raising funds for queer youth who want to show the film to their families as a way to come out to them or to create a safer environment to discuss their gender and sexuality.
We’re also touring the film as a suicide prevention resource in districts where LGBTQ+ curriculum is banned.
